We typically ship the same or next business day (within 2 business days max) after purchasing first class via USPS. If you have any shipping constraints/needs, please feel free to drop a comment on the sales page after your purchase and we'll do our very best to accommodate you. Express shipping is UPS Next Day Air Saver, but please note if your address is a PO Box, we can only use USPS Priority Express. Please double check that your address is correct. Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you need to return a phone, we’ll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
