It is exceedingly important to double-check that your address is correct during checkout. We can only ship to the address you've provided in PayPal, the address cannot be changed or altered in any way. Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We typically ship the same or next business day (within 2 business days max) after purchasing.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

If you’d like to upgrade shipping, after your purchase is made please leave a comment requesting your shipping service and we’ll provide our PayPal link. Please include your sales number in the notes of your shipping payment on PayPal.

-Easy Return Process
If you need to return a phone, we’ll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.

For buyers remorse or unvalidated return claims we may charge up to 20% restocking fee.
