Every time I make or receive a call the person on the other end hears nothing but loud crakling static. Also there are scratches but I bought it as a mint tmobile phone and it is not. They were very quick to send a return label and get it swapped out.

Cancellations due to an incorrect shipping address are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Standard shipping is free via USPS First-Class mail 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $15
UPS 2nd Day Air - $30
UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day) - $50

If you need to return a phone, we'll provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure you have signed out of any accounts and removed any passwords from the phone. If the phone is still signed in to your Apple ID we will be unable to process the refund until it is removed.
