I'm having some issues with the phone:
-this notification won't go away "OMADM checking device status"
-there are 4 different Software update settings in my settings.
-when I tried putting in a sim card it just kept asking to restart to continue to use it.
I don't know if you can fix it from here. like if I need to update via usb to my pc. but I'm willing to just return it and look for another model.
