Phone is good but by no means "Mint" (Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear) according to Swappa's guidelines. There are a few scratches on the metal band around the phone and some gunk (may or may not be removable) stuck where the glass meets the body. Not bad at all just not mint.

Late shipping - I had to prompt the seller to ship the phone and provide shipping info. I protected the phone in a heavy-duty case, and it worked fine for 2.5 months. Then the phone stopped working entirely. The seller would not offer a refund or exchange, which is fair - he doesn't know what I did to the phone in those months. But now I'm out $350 with a completely dead phone that Apple would charge me $350 to repair. If you buy from Swappa, know that your purchase is not protected and you may well be out a significant amount of money with no recourse. I learned my lesson!
