The volume buttons didn't work on the phone I purchased, but the reason for the negative review is the refund process, which took 12 days.

My refund requests were ignored on the Swappa site until I filed a complaint through PayPal. Almost immediately after working with PayPal, I received a response. Furthermore, once the item was returned to the Seller and confirmed by tracking number, the Seller asked me to closeout the grievance filed with PayPal PRIOR to actually refunding my payment.

I refused to close the PayPal grievance until a full payment was received. Only then did the Seller refund my full payment.

Everything is perfect! Will do business with again if needed.

Everything went smoothly with the seller. The phone I bought for some reason wasn't activating on Verizon. Long story short, it was replaced by Apple because it was under warranty. I don't believe the seller did anything wrong and was probably unaware of the issue because Apple showed me that it had not had any support tickets opened previously.
