Excellent product. As advertised, and very prompt shipping.
I received my phone in great condition. However, they sent an off-brand charger that didn't even work with my iPhone. When I reached (and had Swappa reach out) about this I didn't get any response from this seller UNTIL Swappa threatened to hold their account. Instead of sending me a charger that fits my phone they refunded me $5 (not enough to buy a new iPhone charger!).
Overall, disappointed. You shouldn't have to reach out multiple times over a few weeks for a company to make things right.
Phone was delivered quickly and was exactly as described. I would buy from this seller again!
