Great phone. Looks just like new.
Excellent condition and exactly as they said it was.
Late shipping - I had to prompt the seller to ship the phone and provide shipping info. I protected the phone in a heavy-duty case, and it worked fine for 2.5 months. Then the phone stopped working entirely. The seller would not offer a refund or exchange, which is fair - he doesn't know what I did to the phone in those months. But now I'm out $350 with a completely dead phone that Apple would charge me $350 to repair. If you buy from Swappa, know that your purchase is not protected and you may well be out a significant amount of money with no recourse. I learned my lesson!
Phone arrived quickly and in mint condition as described. Seller also responded to all my questions beforehand. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended!
