Extremely happy with the iPhone7 (rated "good") I received. Looks like new. Functions as expected. Fast shipping. It all went smoothly. I thought about buying the phone from a third party seller on a very very large online store, but was concerned that so many people complained that the phones were not US models. I had purchased from MyteCell a few years ago and returned to it for peace of mind. So happy I did!

Shipping Policies

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
