The phone was received in a timely manner, but I was led to believe there would be less scratches on it than there actually were. Additionally, the charger that was included takes a while to charge the phone (i.e. about an hour to increase percentage by 10%).

It shipped fast and arrived a day early. It also included a charger which I did not see listed. It is in better condition than I expected. No dings or scratches on the case and the screen looks great. Phone started up no problem and is downloading updates. l

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
