Sale was fine and shipping was fast. There was no SIM card with the phone, and I didn't recall seeing that one would not be included. Was able to get a free one from my carrier to activate the phone.

The sale was good, the phone was as described, but the seller said that the item would be delivered in 2-3 days. It was actually delivered at the end of the 4th day. The seller should update their information.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
