I ordered an iPhone 6 from this company and the first phone they sent me was not compatible with my carrier. I emailed them and they insisted that it did work. After a couple of emails, the company said they would exchange. So I sent back the phone and got the exchange item. When I get the phone, I notice that it is bent and the screen is popping out from one corner. The description said that that the device had some scratches but it never mentioned that the phone was bent. I emailed the company and they said that the phone they sent me was in good conditions and that they would need pictures of the bend before giving me a refund or an exchange. I took pictures of the bent device and I did not hear back from them for about 5 days. So I went to PayPal and opened a case. All of a sudden I get an email from them saying they cannot refund me because I opened a case through PayPal. It took me a month and many calls to PayPal, to get my money back. Never buying from them again!
