Phone was in great condition. Arrived on time. Came with USB cord and wall block which was a bonus, although they were the crappy Made in China ones that tend to stop working very quickly, not the Apple ones. Screen just barely separated in the bottom right corner in a way that makes a slight small pop noise if I push on it, but once the case is on, it's nothing significant. You can hardly even notice this defect -- "separated" is too big of a word for what it is. Overall happy with the phone for the price.

The phone has an ongoing hardware problem verified with Samsung tech support on 11/20/15 whereas it will not connect via USB to any device. After being repeatedly brushed off by the seller I found a workaround to use a cloud service to move files in and out of the defective phone. Seller contact was arrogant and condescending, constantly pushing the problem back on me as 'user error'. Samsung tech support and I disagree. I would not buy from again.

Phone works as advertised and came with charging cord and plug.. Phone was dirty though with fingerprints, etc. Might want to do a better job next time you send something to a customer. Wasn't a 'warm fuzzy" after opening the box...

Despite the confusion over the delivery address and the fact that the item was a different colour to that in the description, everything was resolved in a timely manner. The item arrived in full working condition.

Phone seems to be good! It's a gift so I haven't been able to test it, but the outside is very clean and it was wiped with an old version of iOS which I don't mind.
