Buying process was easy, phone came quick. Perfect cosmetic appearance. But I feel like the phone freezes up more than it should, FB app freezes almost once a day, sometimes phone will randomly restart or die, even though the battery said 18%. First time I've bought a phone online and I'm a little disappointed but the hassle of trying to exchange or refund probably isn't worth it.
