Outstanding customer service by Jake. I had questions before I would buy the phone, which were quickly answered. Ordered on December 23 and paid the extra fee for next-day delivery so I could put it under the tree on December 24. Phone was exactly as described and works well. Will buy from this seller again. Fast shipping. Seller responded quickly to an inquiry I had. Phones were a different color than described (silver and gray instead of black), but that didn't matter to me. One phone had slight chipping/scratches at base meaning it wasn't always in a protective case, and I thought for good-very good condition the casing would look unmarked, but maybe that is still considered good. Once it is in a case no one will see that. Other phone was without any real blemishes. Phones worked fine, and we were able to put new phone plans on them which was the key component. I would buy from this seller again.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
