Purchased phone and the phone would not activate on Verizon, I tried two different Verizon stores and called them, still couldn't get it activated. Tried the Apple Store and called apple support and still no one could figure out how to activate the phone. The seller was some what helpful and had me try a few resets but kept insisting they test activate all phones. I don't know what the problem was with this phone, overall the buying experience wasn't the best I wish I could have gotten a phone that worked instead of spending two weeks trying to figure out to activate the phone. The seller allowed me return it for a refund, but as this is a is a store I would expect that they would have sent me a working phone and saved me the hassle.

Prompt shipping and phone works. Is in condition advertised. Charging cable didn't work, but the person the phone is for has plenty of them so its a non issue.
