First of all, a cheap case was put on the phone and then put into the original box… As soon as we opened it that phone came out like a Jack-in-the-Box, and we were faced with $100 repair bill. Second, the phone was not exactly unlocked; it would not work on the Sprint network. The IMEI number wasn't even recognized by the sprint dealer.... Who knows where this phone actually came from.
