The phone came in great physical condition, but had the not-entirely-uncommon iPhone issue where it would shut off with plenty of battery life left, and need to be plugged back in to turn back on. The seller politely offered a replacement, but as luck would have it, the replacement had the exact same issue. Rather than deal with another replacement, I plan on getting the battery replaced locally. I can't fault the seller too much because it's not something you can quickly diagnose without actually using the phone for a little while. Having said that, it was a big hassle involving extra time/money, and overall not the great purchasing experience I've come to expect on Swappa.

I ordered a Galaxy S7 Edge and was shipped a plain S7. I had to ship it back and wait for the S7 Edge to arrive. When the S7 Edge arrived, I went to activate it but it was reported stolen nearly two months ago. I do not believe the claim that the phone was checked for a clean IMEI as was described in its listing.
