The seller sent me a phone that is faulty, I cannot make any calls on it. When I first contacted him about it, he ignored me and didn't even reply. He refused to help fix or replace it and now I am stuck with this very expensive phone that I can't even make calls on. Worst phone purchase ever. I wish I never used this website and I will leave as many poor reviews about it as i can all over the internet so that this doesn't happen to other people.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
