SUPER FAST shipping, phone is in GREAT shape. It looks even better than I thought it was going to. Everything works well. Great seller, will def be back!
Add: just tried to make my 1st call on it and found out the microphone doesn't work. They sent me another phone asap and sent me a prepaid label for the return. Replacement phone works great. Super easy to work with, great company. Will do business with again.

Okay, plain and simple, MyteCell went way above and beyond with the customer service with this one.
This was my first purchase. I bought a black Note 5. I got an email from him saying it had a tiny crack on the screen he didn't notice at first. He could have just sent it anyway and hoped I wouldn't notice or care, but he didn't. He offered a gold one that was in great condition so I agreed.
I got the gold one and the box was smashed pretty badly thanks to the US Postal Service. The phone had a small crack in the screen as well. He sent me a shipping label for free to return it and said he's send me another one.
I finally got a good phone that the USPS didn't wreck and it was in nearly perfect condition. He had plenty of opportunity to be dishonest or screw me over but he didn't. That's how you get a customer for life.
