A few more scratches than were indicated by the ad, but nothing major. The free expedited shipping was one of the draws here and the phone definitely didn't arrive quickly. If I need a phone quickly in the future I'll be unlikely to use this seller. If urgency is no issue it should be fine.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
