First phone I received kept freezing and rebooting. Customer service was quick to respond, but I had to foot the bill to return the phone... They were out of what I ordered so they offered a different carrier based phone (unlocked) which I agreed to. Got the second phone and it wasn't unlocked... joy. Again customer service was fast to respond and thankfully they were able to get it unlocked so I could use it. Customer service is fast and helpful, quality control not too impressive. I would have given a positive rating had I not seen two failed to unlock attempts in phone history dated before it was sent to me.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
