Received the phone last night. There are no functional issues. I'm disappointed by the fact that the phone has a noticeable dent in the upper left corner. I understand that MyteCell sells many devices and therefore does not post pictures of the actual devices however in the description it said "We do guarantee that it will be equal or better then described in our description." When the device has a dent then that should be disclosed because a dent is different from "Few cosmetic defects such as light scratches". Happy to send photos. I'll post a review on the general board shortly. thanks

UPDATE 3/7: It is worth noting that 3 days after I posted the message above, neither the seller nor Swappa have reached out to me to say sorry or ask for more information. Maybe that is a sign of how much they care about a dissatisfied customer. Or maybe Swappa let's its Corporate Sellers get away with misleading customers.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
