I was sent the 32gb model when I ordered the 64gb. After reaching out, I was offered an exchange or a refund of the difference in price. I wanted to exchange but was unsure of whether I would have to pay even more for shipping or if I’d be given a pre-paid return label. That was never answered, and I felt sort of pressured to just settle and take the refund based on the way the conversation was going. I opted for the exchange at that point still not knowing if it would cost me, and the next day, was told that the 64gb model was out of stock, but I could wait a week and they “may” get some in. Not wanting to wait any longer, I settled for the refund. I’d give them a neutral rating at this point, however, my refund was shorted. The difference in price was $30 when I bought it (and still $30 when I double-checked after) from the same seller, but I only received $25.

Phone was exactly as advertised and was shipped and received promptly. Phone was clean, and activated without any issues.
