Ordered Sunday, Delivered Wednesday. The phone is in very good condition as advertised.

I bought this phone for the purpose of being able to root it. I was worried that it couldn't be done, but the seller assured me it was possible even though it was a Verizon model which are very picky and have locked boot loaders. I got the phone in 3 days and hired a root pro to root remotely. It took awhile, but end result is Mytecell was correct and I now have a awesome rooted Lg V20, Verizon VS966 no less. Extremely happy. Would buy again ????????

The phone was sent with a missing sim card tray. Upon receipt of the phone, I called and emailed the company and received a very fast response. While I was told the sim card tray was being sent the next day, it didn't get sent until 3 days later. This is a minor complaint, the phone is exactly as described, or better and I am ultimately happy with the purchase. They apologized for their mistake and fixed it so I would certainly buy from them again.
