I will not put a neutral since the device came fast (considering I'm overseas) and came in better condition than I expected. However, I purchased an UNLOCKED LG V20. Instead I received a VERIZON model which was SIM unlocked. Not a big deal to the seller it seemed but the Verizon VS995 does not support all the bands the unlocked US996 model does, which may cause carrier incompatibility. Luckily, the carrier I chose uses primarily the available bands the VS995 offers but I may have issues in some areas. Buyers beware you may not get the exact device you need.

Arrived in no time at all.
The volume up and down buttons stick a bit and are not as responsive as my old Samsung Note5. I've just decided to live with it ...it has been a somewhat arduous journey to get this model phone (from other websites) that works. Nothing to do with this seller.
