Everything was delivered as promised. Unfortunately, the charger that came with the phone did not work and fell apart after the third time I tried to use it. Additionally, the phone came with an app that has the word "root" in its title along with some Chinese symbols and I cannot figure out why it is there; it does not seem I have root access. Regardless, it works as it should and i have experienced no problems.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
