Shipping was delayed at no fault from the seller and the seller did a good job communicating that information as a courtesy. Disappointed the phone did not come with original accessories (headphones and adapter) but the listing did not specify. Overall, great seller and would recommend if buying a phone from them.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
