The only concern was the wall adapter. It does not work. Tested it with several cables. On the bright side, I have power adapters coming out of my ears!

Great phone! As Advertized! We will be watching how the phone holds up over the 30 days but so far, we are very happy!

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
