The product was list as "Good Condition" with normal wear and tear, the laptop had evidence of drops, there was broken pieces on the edges that support this along with a bent/dented kick stand (Dell 7210) this is not consistent with normal wear and tear, and should have been graded and sold as "Fair".

Great MBP and at a reasonable price, very well packaged and shipped the same day! I will buy from them again.

It works well for the most part, but the touchscreen aspect is inconsistent. That, and the battery can go from 100 to 1 percent within 30 minutes. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s an older model of the surface pro? Not sure. I wanted to insert a vid of me using the unresponsive screen but it seems Swappa doesn’t let you send videos. Other than that, it works alright.
