Only reason for 4 stars is that the phone was not "Mint" as described but had one small defect. The price was low for a "mint" device which was acceptable. If listed properly with defects would be 5 stars.

The transaction had no issues; the phone was in pristine condition as described in the purchase details. The phone operates properly.

The seller was pleasant, professional and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend him. A wonderful wonderful process.

The phone arrived perfectly in time. But the phone when I checked the financial status it showed that it has unpaid Balance. I had to Unlock this device in order to get it working again. The seller indicated the opposite which is not. He also did not aid me with a partial refund. I'm unsatisfied about this sale.

Good shipment and communication and the device is in very good condition but I do feel the condition was somewhat misrepresented. The listing advertised the phone as mint condition and "Brand New Apple Store Replacement". When I received the phone already had a screen protector applied (poorly with lots of bubbles). So I don't think it is fair to call the phone "brand new". Also the charging cord supplied with the phone broke after a couple weeks of light use.
