Excellent transaction. "Good" item was pretty close to pristine. Couldn't be happier.

First issue was that the computer was locked down due to it having a corporate security login installed. Had to have it returned and fixed. In the meantime I was offered to choose a different laptop which felt like a bait and switch in a way. So I took the first one back, was able to get in, but the speed, sound, and battery life are not what I hoped for.

This was the second item I attempted to purchase from this seller. The other item also had issues. This one the letter T on the keyboard didn't work. Doesn't seem like they are being thoroughly tested. Had delays in communication, took 5 days to get a refund.
