Taking the phone to USPS was a little slow. Ordered Thursday night and it wasn't shipped until Saturday, received Tuesday though which is good.

Phone was actually in "fair condition" had a dent on the backside (top left) (seller took a good picture at a good angle but you can see a light mark underneath the camera that where dent is) & phone was slightly bent which also shows in the pictures if you look. Never came around to complain about it any earlier because it was a last minute gift! But everything else is good. but hope you been a little more honest with description :)

Devices are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with 2-4 delivery nationwide. All of our items are shipped within 24 ours upon purchase.

Return & Refund Policies

We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item. In the case of a return, item must be returned in original condition and accompanied with all items originally received.
