The service from the business seller was great. There was an issue with the original phone I purchased. I returned the phone, and the business seller replaced it with a more suitable one. I would have provided a positive rating if the original phone was without defects.

Shipping Policies

Devices are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with 2-4 delivery nationwide. All of our items are shipped within 24 ours upon purchase.

Return & Refund Policies

We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item. In the case of a return, item must be returned in original condition and accompanied with all items originally received.
