Phone showed up in really good condition, process was easy but unfortunately when the sim card was put in the phone worked for 5 minutes and doesn't work currently. Staying neutral until this is resolved.

Devices are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with 2-4 delivery nationwide. All of our items are shipped within 24 ours upon purchase.

Return & Refund Policies
We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item. In the case of a return, item must be returned in original condition and accompanied with all items originally received.
