i give a thumbs up because the phone was in better condition than shown in the pics. However the pics were of the wrong phone. The pics showed white/silver i got blk/grey. My daughter whom the phone was for said no big deal and actually preferred that when she saw it up close. Thanks Swappa and MTP

Delivery was a bit slow, likely from time of year (near X-Max). Was a little concerned only had insurance for $100 on $200+ phone but risk was the sellers, worked out well in the end. Phone exactly as advertised, had to do a bunch of updates but to be expected for a 2+ year old phone.

Devices are shipped by USPS First Class Mail with 2-4 delivery nationwide. All of our items are shipped within 24 ours upon purchase.

Return & Refund Policies

We allow for returns within 14days of purchase for any functionality related issues (ie. IMEI status, screen responsiveness, Wifi, buttons, and phone/battery not accepting a full charge) Return period begins upon delivery of item. In the case of a return, item must be returned in original condition and accompanied with all items originally received.
