Phone shipped as explained - Priority. Most definitely mint condition, obviously some use because my battery capacity is 3300 mah instead of the specified 3600. But the phone is over a year old so that's to be expected, and I'm honestly shocked it has that much juice left.

There were absolutely no markings on the phone. Biggest drawback is the the "generic charger" is absolute garbage so I suggest to invest in a new one or one from Amazon (avoid Fast Chargers, they demolish your battery life, or use them very sparingly when necessary).

Overall, solid buying experience. Incredible customer service.

I must say buying this phone was a very rough experience, but the seller did everything possible and ultimately got the phone delivered to me. Even though it was over two weeks after I bought it.

the exterior of the phone was in great condition. only real issue is the battery is very slow to charge. the phone was getting very hot and battery was draining fast. applied the Clean Cache Partitian and that seemed to take car of the problem ...seller said would send me factory base and charger to try to resolve issue. overall very happy with the purchase and quick response to help solve the issues.

Overall, seller seemed to do the absolute minimum for the sale. No product description, minimal packaging for shipping and minimum accessories.
Seller's inadequate description of the product left me with concerns about the quality of the product. Phone seems fine since cosmetic condition was as advertised (mint) and it has run fine for a week. But time will tell as with any product that may have been refurbished. My concern is the history of the phone. If refurbished, problems show up later and seller did not provide any history (ie used, refurbished, demo etc).
Lack of proper accessories was the largest gap in communications. Advertised only OEM charger. OEM charger for this phone was the Adaptive Fast charger. Instead, phone was received with a typical samsung charger and a separate usb cable that doesn't work. Not enough of an issue to register a complaint about a $300 sale but symptomatic of minimal vendor effort accepted by Swappa.
