Phone came as described, although I noticed the screen isn't tightly secure at the top right corner. Occasionally you'll hear it pop in and out, besides that the phone works as it should!

Horrible experience, sent me a device that had a damaged power button which was not mentioned in the listing. I understand things happen, reason for the review is I'm day 9 into the return process and still have not received my refund (I shipped the device back the day the return was accepted). I had to ask for SWAPPA help in every request because seller refused to communicate in a timely manner. I had to open a PayPal dispute to even get a response. I'll be waiting on my refund, doubtful at this time I will receive it without further issues. Don't buy from this seller.
Update: Day 15, I had to utilize PayPal to escalate this case. Seller still refused to issue refund and PayPal decided in my favor. This seller is a scam, DO NOT BUY from them.

Phone arrived in good condition visually and on time. However it was not Mint despite being listed as such: showed minor wear and battery was not in great condition. The issue was resolved without much trouble, though. Overall satisfied with purchase

This was my first experience with Swappa and MobileFlyp. This was terrible. The seller sold me a bad phone and then tried to fix by sending a battery. Nothing worked and wasted one month. I still do not have a refund. Never use Swappa or MobileFlyp. Neither party showed any urgency or care. At times no one would respond to my query on status. I understand issues happen but it is the reaction and response to issues that set things right or wrong. Every thing was wrong here and still is wrong.
