Was fast shipping. Phone itself is great so far. Only problem I had was phone needed a new battery it worked with the old one but didn't hold a charge long.

Phone looks new. Included charger was only 1.2 amp output, but for the price and condition who cares.

This phone was not programmed to it's original software. I sold it to some one else and she had it tested and it wasn't the Note's original software, it was software from another Samsung note brand. The person I sold it too thought I did it, I told her I bought it from a Swappa seller, so she understood and her husband and best friend who works for Verizon fixed it for her. That was very not honest to have something I thought was original and find out later it was not.

As advertised the phone is in very good shape.
