Updating my reveiew: I purchased the phone under the assumption, as per the listing description, that it would be compatible with the Verizon network. After receiving the phone, when I took it to Verizon, they said it had a glitch on it making it still attached to the previous owner's account. That's fine, that's not something the seller would know, I thought it wasn't a big deal to get a refund or an exchange on the cellphone. I contacted the seller via email through Swappa. I didn't get a response. About a week later, I sent another email to him directly through my own email account . He responded on 9/08 saying that he would send the return label. I asked if he had any others to exchange instead of a flat refund. I never heard back. I emailed again on 9/25 asking about the return label as I haven't received it yet. It is now 9/28, no response, no label. Traded the phone in myself. Be careful when dealing with this seller.

Excellent seller. Vary fast delivery and even came with a new charger (maybe I didn't read the description closely, but it was a nice surprise)!

Phone arrived quickly and in good condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful Phone. Definitely looks Mint. Every thing seems to work properly. Arrived early and well packed. Phone was immediately placed in a "LoveMEI" phone case. Was Very happy until phone's camera started glitching and now phone dies without warning and wont power back on until battery is pulled. Phone is still under the 30 day warranty and after two weeks and asking twice by email and confirming by phone, I still have not received the promised return shipping label. Now very unhappy, after having to sit through hurricane Irma with a unreliable phone.
