The phone was supposed to be in mint condition but had dirt encrusted over and inside the speakers and port. Someone had forgotten to clean it before shipping. The seller offered me a $15 discount to accept the phone in that condition, which was not enough for me. The seller was very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns. He ultimately accepted a return and refunded my money.
Won’t class it as a mint phone
Received phone quickly.
It did not come with the original battery.. so for being “mint” you should of listed it with an off brand battery. Other then that it’s fine.
It has been almost 6 1/2 months since I purchased this "mint" condition Moto G7 phone. Unfortunately from the very beginning, the battery life was only a few hours! To me, this is not the definition of "mint" condition. I had to carry a battery pack with me in my purse wherever I went! I did bring this up to the seller right away and his response was:
"I am just a reseller and I can't test the battery performance as I have to use it as its my personal phone, but sometimes when you use a high brightness , that will consume more battery. "
Overall the phone was good, until recently the screen started going bad. Fuzzy vertical lines across the screen and glowing sections along the top. So I had to purchase another phone yesterday.
I would have liked this phone to last 2 years, instead of 6 months. I do not need the latest. But I take care of my electronics and purchase decent ones.
Never again will I buy a "mint" condition phone. Only new with warranty for me. From Amazon.
Returned item. No fault of the seller but phone was having intermittent audio issues.
Advertised as unlocked device, but was Verizon locked. Seller was willing to make a small refund for the mistake/misleading ad, but I would have rather just received what I had thought I was purchasing. Otherwise the device was Mint, as was described in the ad, and shipped as reasonably expected.
Phone was listed as 'Mint' which carries the description: 'Pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear.' The phone should have been listed as 'Good' since the screen had scratches. Not worth the hassle to return it, but it wouldn't be a bad thing to list the description a little more conservatively.
Got the phone. Looks great, but my verizon sim card doesn't fit... im not sure how to feel about that...
PS4 controller was listed as brand new never used but has obvious wear signs. Disappointing but whatever.
