Excelent!

I ordered a Samsung S10+ in December 2020. My phone arrived safely, but it was not the correct color. While color may not seem like a big deal, I did specifically buy from Maroon Mobile because they were selling it for a fair price and had lots of positive reviews. When I reached out, their team told me that they ran out of the color I ordered and shipped out a different one because they assumed someone had emailed me about this. Both of our records showed I was never notified about the color replacement. They offered me a $20 refund, which I took because it was not worth trying to find another phone and ship this one back during the busy holiday season. It took another reminder email about my refund for the team to properly refund me back. While I appreciate Maroon Mobile for admitting their shipping color mistake and trying to correct it, I am unsure if I would buy from their team again due to the lack of transparency with customers.

I disagree with this phone's condition. I have bought in "fair" condition which was better than this "good". Every time I use this phone, I can feel the deep scratch in the front glass and regret the purchase. Not worth fighting. Will only buy new or at least mint from now on.

I have purchased many used phones in the past. This phone was the true meaning of the term "mint condition". Phone was in perfect, pristine condition and looks and works great. This company will be my go-to seller in the future. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
