The device was received in satisfactory condition. No complaints about the device, it was as advertised. However, shipping was slower than advertised, and the seller did not respond to my inquiries about the delay. In addition the seller chose to ship by USPS, which lost the shipment for several days.

Was a little bit concerning when the seller didn't record shipment on Swappa, but I finally discovered they had sent an email with shipping information. Phone arrived as promised.

The positive is that the phone was delivered within a few days and looked just like the pictures, however the phone jack is not a normal size and therefore my daughter can't use headphones or a jack to hear music in her car. The seller may have listed this but I don't remember seeing it nor would I expect that to be an issue or perhaps Samsung changed the jack on the 7 and I didn't notice. We can work it out but now we are spending more money to get her bluetooth headphones/speakers which just means the added hassle and money. That is why I gave neutral

We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
