Physical condition of the device was even better than expected, almost like new after I cleaned off some sort of caked on buildup. Screen was disappointing though with a pretty significant amount of burn-in present and probably the sole reason for my unit's B Grade rating. Still not enough of a problem to send the unit back especially at its price point. Seller was great overall and even sent me a link to a YouTube video discussing their grading system. It would be nice if the seller/Swappa added an additional rating for screen burn-in and then provided a three point grading system visible to the buyer. One rating each for side/back, front glass, & screen burn-in. Little bit less of a gamble on getting a device with the type of damage you can live with then.

The phone came just as described. It's like it was brand new. The shipping was very fast. The only negative was not being given a tracking number until I asked for it. Otherwise this process was perfect.

Maroon Mobile was launched in April of 2016 as a small business dealing with both retail and wholesale sales of smartphones and other electronics. Our objective is to make sure each and every customer receives a quality device they are fully satisfied with. We strive to improve our logistics and processes to make that happen each and every day.

Shipping Policies


We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.

Return & Refund Policies


A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
