My ex has been trying to get my new phone returned. There is no damage, and I was not the one who did the unauthorized purchase through HIS paypal complaint on this purchase. My apologies for all of this nonsense. Allen Ates has the phone and is not giving it to me and is trying to get his money back. This seller has done nothing wrong.

I received no communication about the shipping details via my email that was attached to my profile. So after the package got delivered, I did not realise until about 2 days after I checked my swappa profile and saw all the updates there.
I am accustomed to receiving updates about shipment via my email.
Otherwise from that, the seller shipped the phone on the same day that I made the purchase and the phone is in good condition.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
