I ordered the "good" condition and am fully satisfied. Debated spending more for the "like new" and couldn't find any reviews of people describing which condition they purchased so I decided to wing it with the good. The "minor sratches and scuffs" is an exact description. This phone is ALMOST like new and the small scratches that separate it from "like new" are not important to me. It's in wonderful condition and I am totally satisfied. $260 for an almost new phone? DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Good rating system. I received a B stock. Awesome condition. Couple tiny scratches on screen hardly see them unless you look for them. The phones sides had factory stickers on sides and in like new condition. All conditions was to be expected as described in their grading system. I bought on the weekend. Got to me the next Monday. Day before Christmas ha. Awesome. Amazing phone and condition everything works perfectly and I'm very satisfied. Thank you!

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
