Phone in good shape, fully functional, decent delivery speed, but had time to deal with non-emergency delivery - old phone still "worked".

The first phone I received had to be returned but it was quickly replaced with a fully functioning phone that I'm very happy with

I just had to replace the battery and when I did, I was shown that the battery that came in this phone was held in place with double sided tape, which is known not to be common practice. I was told that kind of instillation could potentially damage the screen when the battery is taken out, which would have resulted in a $300 charge to replace the screen. I was told not to bring the phone back to whoever sold it to me for repairs. Luckily the tape only removed a little of the back casing. Very disappointed in what I thought was a worthwhile purchase.

Minor scratches on new model, but nothing that wouldnt be expected from a ~$400 reduction from retail price. Great seller.
