The phone arrived on time and with all listed accessories; however I wanted to wait a bit to make sure there were no issues. Happy to report that, aside from the fact that the battery seems to drain a bit faster than I'd like, the phone worked exactly how I hoped it would. The seller was very prompt in shipping it out and I would definitely do business with them again.

Hi there, I received the phone - but I didn't realize it was an unlocked phone. Was looking for a straight up Verizon phone. This info is in the listing - I just missed it. So I'm fine with paying the restocking fee. Thanks.
The shipping is super fast!!! The phone came with OEM cable and charger which is good for fast charging. The phone has minor wear and tear as mentioned. Overall, pretty good experience and would buy again from Maroon Mobile LLC.

Mostly great sale. Small scratch on screen that I didn't see in listing photos but it's tolerable. Small shipping delay.
Upon receiving the device and attempting to start it, it bootlooped. I was able to eventually factory reset it, and it is functional now. Customer service was helpful and polite in advising on procedures.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
