Thanks for such great quick service. Everything arrived as expected and the product works great. The only minor problem was that the priority mail box that it came it was crushed at one end, but you did such a great job packing it that even the post office's lack of care didn't ruin the phone!

The phone was listed as 8/10 minor wear and tear. Slight scuffs. Not only is completely unlocked, no financing accounts opened, but the phone looks brand new, I mean there is not one mark on it, it's outrageous actually. Only thing was shipping which took 3 days, but it's not like your paying for same day shipping. The shipping is free..

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
