This was my second purchase from this seller. Like the first purchase, which was for a Galaxy S10, the padded package containing the phone inside the priority box was left open and unsealed, so the phone could've potentially fallen out if I wasn't prepared for it. Like the purchase before, the phone was in absolute stellar condition and better than described. It was listed as unlocked, and subsequently worked with a Verizon pre-paid SIM kit. I went through nearly all of the phone's features (at least I think) to make sure they worked, and I am very impressed and happy with my purchase so far. My first purchase did not go as well as expected, but it resulted in me upgrading to the Galaxy S10+, which should serve me well for a while. So maybe it was meant to be, as I was undecided between the S10 & S10+ before. I would buy from this seller a third time, or refer family and friends to their products, but would ask the seller to seal the inner packaging, so buyers don't get a surprise.
I bought and received the phone (listed ready for Verizon) via priority mail, and opened the box to remove the padded pack holding the phone. I was caught off guard by the phone dropping right out into my hand, because the padded pack holding it was left open, unsealed. phew! The phone looked absolutely amazing, and better than described! I checked the phone's ID on Verizon's website so I could switch over and initiate my cell service, only to find the phone was not compatible. Then I went to a Verizon corporate store for assistance, and they checked the phone, but it came back as on their "Non-paid" list, so I was very disappointed. I contacted Swappa.com and the seller and returned the phone. I eventually received a full refund, rather painlessly. Would I buy from the seller again? Yes, ...and I did.

Excellent transaction and phone! I have now had the phone for 9 months, and it still works and looks great.
I had to return the phone to the seller because it was blocked. However, seller quickly provided me with a return label and full refund shortly thereafter. Seller was apologetic and without hesitation promised to refund my entire money. Seller was honest and sorry for the inconvenience. I would do business with the seller again.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
