Fedex sent my phone to the wrong address and made up a story for the seller and they believed without contacting me and told me I had to retrieve it myself and told fedex not to regardless of me having proof that it wasn't the case. I reached out to them multiple times distraught and frustrated and they contacted me without urgency and when ever despite the situation and offered little to no help, I had to search for the phone on my own only to see I was sent an old scratch phone advertised and sold as mint???? reached out to seller and sent it back and despite being advised the shipping label to send it back would be free I still had to pay for it to be printed and the seller advised it would be returned but never did despite me asking multiple times. -100 out of 10 for the experice and despite the situation the customer service I received wasn't disrespectful but had no care for my situation and no solution despite they saying otherwise. I'll never use them again.

Shipping Policies
We strive to ship every device within 2 business day when possible. However in most cases we ship within just 1 business day and in many cases we achieve same day shipments when orders arrive prior to 1PM CST. Your device will be shipped with accessories if applicable using FedEx 2-Day Express or option FedEx Standard Overnight if selected.
Return & Refund Policies
A device may be returned within 30 days of the date that tracking indicates proof of delivery. We offer an INDUSTRY LEADING 12 MONTH limited warranty as described in our listing addendum which is inclusive of this 30 days. Devices outside of the 30 day window are subject to repair or exchange only. The device must be identical condition to the way it was shipped and ALL accessories and or other packaging must be included to return the device. Returns are not permitted for any device damaged by a customer and all devices are inspected upon reception at our facility to ensure the device was not damaged. PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL BUYER'S REMORSE RETURNS OR IN SITUATIONS WHERE THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNED WITH THE DEVICE. ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THERE IS A 5% CANCELLATION FEE IN THE EVENT AN ORDER NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED.
